The group has in place measures to maintain its high ethical standards and to protect its reputations against any allegations of bribery and corruption. It has implemented a Prevention of Bribery and Corruption Policy to ensure that these principles are put into practice in all areas of its operations. 

There are various avenues available through which bribery and corruption can be reported which includes, but are not limited to, an anonymous hotline which is monitored by the Internal Audit Manager and reported on at the Audit and Risk Committee of the group. 

To ensure that vendors/suppliers/service providers comply with relevant anti-bribery and corruption legislation, compliance provisions are incorporated in all third-party contracts.
