Ben Ungermann – runner-up of MasterChef Australia 2017 – returns to South Africa in March for a nationwide series of Masterclasses.
These follow on his sell-out visit to the country last year. The two-hour Masterclasses take place at Capsicum Culinary Studio
Johannesburg (March 11, 12 and 13),
Cape Town (March 15, 16, 18, 19 and 20) and
Durban (March 25, 26 and 27).
Ungermann will be presenting three classes:
The Whole Chicken Masterclass (how to take apart and use every part of the chicken);
The Dessert Masterclass (some of Ben’s famous desserts including his ice cream) and
The Fish Masterclass (how to fillet and cook fish perfectly every time).
Cost is R950 per class which includes an apron to take home as well as time afterwards for talks and photos with Ben.
